March 15, 2014: Deadline for receipt of registration forms and one page summaries

April 2014: Acceptance of abstracts and proposals; second circular with accommodation list.

July 31, 2014: Deadline for receipt of extended abstracts (8 pages) and payment at reduced rates.

September 30, 2014: Distribution of the third circular and the final conference program
